After I applied for the Disney College Program, I did an online interview. Questions were asked about my work ethic and time on the job, questions regarding living situations and anything else related to living and working. All questions were answered by choosing strongly agree, agree, disagree, strongly disagree. After the online interview I was informed that I was a strong candidate for the company and given the number to call and schedule my phone interview. The time leading up to my phone interview I was extremely nervous. I had prepared as much as I could. Going over hypothetical questions, such as "If you were working Space Mountain and a kid was really excited to ride but too short how would you handle the situation?" I had my answers all ready to go. Wednesday night came around, I got dressed as though it was I was going to a face to face interview. Well, i've finally decided to get a blog. With all the new changes in my life coming up, I thought this would be a great way to let friends and family stay in contact and keep up with what I'm up to. Also, I'm hoping this will be a great resource for all of those future Cast Members ready to embark on their Disney College Program experience. Personally I can't wait! When I first heard of the Disney College Program, I wanted as much information as I could find for the Disneyland Program. But there wasn't much offered, I kept coming across information from alumni who participated in the program at Walt Disney World. I'm hoping this blog will be a great resource for anyone with questions and what to expect in Anaheim, CA. I'm set to begin my experience in January, so stay tuned.
